Christian Higher Education in the 21st Century

The LensThe Whitfield Center for Christian Leadership will host Dr. David Dockery. Dr. Dockery will present three lectures on Christian Higher Education in the 21st Century. Lecture topics and times are as follows:

Malcolm GladwellJoin us Thursday, February 26 at 7 p.m. in the Roseanne Drew Conference Center, Whitfield Center for Christian Leadership for the next Q Commons. With 10,000 participants across 60+ cities enjoy an evening of vision, learning and engagement on the cultural issues and topics that matter most. Learn and consider how to advance good in Charleston. Combining three nationally broadcast talks, including keynote speaker Malcolm Gladwell via simulcast, and three locally curated, in-person talks, you will be informed and equipped to advance good.

Leader in Me Symposium
February 25-27, 2015

In 2014, 700 educators from 10 states and the Bahamas gathered at Charleston Southern University as we hosted our first Leader In Me Symposium (based on Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People®) in Partnership with Franklin Covey Education and Western Region Education Service Alliance. The event will be held in the Lightsey Chapel Auditorium.

2nd Annual Kingdom Business Conference
March 20-21, 2015

Call2BusinessBuilding on the Whitfield Center's relationship with  Call2business, this conference will focus on what God is doing in and through businesses both in Charleston and around the world. Presenters, breakout leaders and most of those who attend will be practitioners who will share their first-hand experience with God using their companies and expertise to impact the world for His Kingdom.

SYNC Conference
April 9, 2015

SYNC is a conference for pastors, pastoral staff and marketplace leaders interested in producing strategic change through missional means and ideas. The Conference consists of main sessions with keynote speakers, lunch discussions and evening worship. Guest presenters include: Dr. Alvin Reid, D.A. Horton, & Will Browning.

FCCIFCCI returns to the Whitfield Center to gather FCCI members, as well as other Christian business leaders in the Southeastern United States, to equip and encourage them to "operate their businesses and conduct their personal lives in accordance with biblical principles."
