College of Adult and Professional StudiesThe College of Adult and Professional Studies at Charleston Southern University has been recognized as one of the top online degree programs by U.S. News and World Report. According to the publication, “the best online bachelor's degree programs, based on factors such as graduation rates, indebtedness of new graduates, and academic and career support services offered to students.” Charleston Southern ranked highest in student satisfaction and retention.

“We are extremely excited to learn of the recent U.S. News and World Report ratings," said Gary Vance, dean of the College of Adult and Professional Studies. "Their rating process is very rigorous and comprehensive, so receiving such a high rating truly validates and affirms what we are doing. Also, as part of the process, we have received very detailed feedback regarding our strengths and weaknesses. We will use that information to accentuate the positive areas and improve those areas not yet up to the high standards we are setting for ourselves.”
