Profile: Dr. Vera G. Kling

 

Dr. Vera Kling is an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing and Allied Health at Charleston Southern University and Adjunct Faculty in the online campus at South University.

She received her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her master of science in nursing administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, and her Doctor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University.

Dr. Kling’s clinical interests are in the areas of mental health nursing and leadership in nursing. She teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels and has developed nursing courses and participated in the development of the health promotion and master of science in nursing programs at Charleston Southern University. She currently coordinates the master of science in nursing program.
