Bachelor of Science in Sociology: A major in Sociology consists of 34 hours and 47 hours of liberal arts core and requires a minor.
Bachelor of Science in Sociology w/Human Services emphasis: This program is a full four-year degree which combines a liberal arts education and a course of study in understanding society, social groups and human interaction. The Human Service emphasis provides additional study in important aspects of functioning in human service organizations that will help you develop skills in budgeting, marketing, resource management, and entrepreneurship as you prepare for entry into the job market at the bachelor’s degree level.

In addition to taking courses related to your major, you will take the required liberal arts core of 47 semester hours. The liberal arts core classes are general education courses taught from a Christian worldview where faith is integrated in learning.
